All of our furniture cleaning services are designed to improve indoor air quality and provide for a healthy environment for you and your family & pets.

Restorative Upholstery Cleaning Service

This service is recommended for furniture that has not been cleaned on a regular basis or heavily soiled and spotted furniture.   We use strong cleaning agents designed for heavy soil removal, allowing us to get the furniture back into a maintenance state.

GREEN Upholstery Cleaning Service

This process is recommended for light to moderately soiled furniture. This is a favorite choice for our environmentally conscious clients. This process should be performed every 6 to 12 months.   All of our cleaning agents are 100% ORGANIC based from renewable plant and vegetable sources.

Anti Allergen Upholstery Cleaning Service

This process is designed for our clients that have asthma and allergy symptoms.   This is a must for clients that have breathing issues, have pets or are chemically sensitive.   This process has an additional treatment that will control dust mites and other allergens for up to 6 months.   All of our cleaning agents are 100% ORGANIC based from renewable plant and vegetable sources.

What's in your furniture?

The abrasive action of the grit pressing into   the fiber CUTS   the fibers like a knife – that’s why your furniture wears out. Then combine this with pollens, food crumbs, dust mites and their nasty fecal pellets…your furniture is literally awash with soil within a the short span of just a year (with an average family). If you have pets and kids your furniture needs to be cleaned thoroughly at least once a year.

BACTERIA AND GERMS
Are the result of soils that are not removed from furniture on a regular basis. The byproduct of decaying living materials decomposing is a characterizesat characterizes furniture that has not been cleaned regularly. 

Is Protectant Necessary?
You benefit by having us apply our protectant any time we clean your carpets, rugs, and furniture. Our protectant makes it more difficult for spills, spots, and stains to PENETRATE to the interior of the fibers   (where they   cause   permanent color change). The protectant keeps messes on the surface where they can be more easily cleaned.

Some fabrics have protectant applied during manufacturing process. The protectants degrade over time with use and cleaning and must be "refreshed" from time to time.

TEST #1: THE BLACK CLOTH TEST – embedded particulate
Use your vacuum cleaner attachment nozzle and take a piece of thin black cloth and rubber band it to the end of the vacuum hose – let it drape into the hose a little way. Put the upholstery tool on the end of the hose. Now turn the vacuum on and run it across the top of the cushion. Take off the upholstery tool and Observe all the dead skin, dander, and other particles.

TEST #2: THE WHITE TOWEL TEST - protein soils
Take a small amount of windex and spray it on a white terry cloth towel. Now go and briskly scrub it across one of your seat cushions or arm covers. Look at the towel. Any questions?

TEST #3: THE SNIFF TEST - malodors
Completely exhale. Place your nose 3" above the seat cushions and waft the surface air to your nose in a fanning motion. Do you notice any odors? Soil accumulations foster bacterial growth that feed on fibers, contaminants and creatures living in the fibers of your furniture fabrics. If your furniture smells funky it’s an indication that it should be professionally cleaned as soon as possible.

CAUTION: Never perform a slap test on furniture, especially if you or a member of your family has allergy or asthma symptoms.   The dust mites and their fecal matter that are stirred up from this will stay in the air for up to 72 hours.   In some cases, this could be enough to cause a bad allergic reaction.
